trade Daniels TPE and our 2011 first rnd pick to GSW for louis amundson, since we can't sign our first rnd pick next year,the first 2 years must be guaranteed. but our TPE is less than amundson makes by 15k, could we send them cash ?

Are you talking about the off-season? Trade deadline has passed for this season. I like Amundson's hustle, but Baby is clearly the better all around player. I'd try to keep Davis, but I'd welcome Amundson on this team.
