tp for this well done. Watch how Brady walks off the field and then watch the video of Davis limping off the court again.

No biggie.  Crash course minutes for Green and Murphy will be better for us in the long-term.

SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari

I know most people are thinking its a blessing because it opens up minutes to get other guys into the system...which I agree with.  But to me, the biggest blessing might be that it will get Davis some rest.  He has played a ton of minutes this year, and IMO, he has looked tired lately.

Now, the risk is that he does not work hard to stay in shape as he stays off the court, but if the trainers crack the whip making sure he works his ass off in the bike, etc., he could come back refreshed, and with more energy like he had early in the season.

Basically, the same thing they are doing with Shaq.

For you, maybe, orlando.

It's no blessing that BBD is hurt. You shouldn't say things like that; it's just silly.

Get Well soon, Baby. We need you back pronto.

that is where i was going with that...baby needs some rest. you can tell lately he has been struggling. really works out that it gets the new guys some time

he has been playing hurt...and it has effected is game. rest is what he needs

You didn't really just say that most people think it's a blessing BBD got hurt. Am I really reading this?

Apparently BBD has been feeling pain for a few weeks and played through it. Maybe that accounts for his poor games lately. But tonight he came back, played his regular great game and was our 6th man just like he has been.

Yes, he will need rest. But those new guys out there tonight looked worse than horrible, except for Kristic, who was good.

Could be good for Jeff Green. Even if he is getting minutes at the 4, he needs more comfort in a Celtics uniform and more minutes will likely lead to more comfort.

Really hope nothing is torn.

Blessing in that case that he'd be refreshed, not if he goes down for the season w/ the thought others getting his minutes. Baby is a big piece to banner 18 with Perk gone.

I don't see any blessing here. I'm truly worried about BBD.

Yea I feel the same way. He is critical to us winning a title this year.

I wouldn´t call it a blessing, but there´s defnitely a bright side to look on, imo.

It opens up time for the new players to get integrated and find their rythm.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

If Chris Broussard said that unnamed sources told him Pierce has been battling a strained right elbow since Christmas from brushing his teeth too hard, I would believe him at this point.

I am amazed how many internet warriors have the chutzpah to call a professional athlete out of shape.

Out of shape for what he does. It's all relative, my friend. I could say I'm in shape for what I do because I'm not a professional athlete. If I was thrown into a game right now I'd be considered out of shape.

He´s in his 4th year. Do you really think he would survive in this league if he was out of shape, buddy?

I'm not your buddy, guy. It'd be nice if he dropped a few pounds to take some stress away from his knees. It's not going to be pretty when he gets a bit older.
If he's not your buddy Then why did YOU call him your "friend"  ???
True Celtic = Leon Powe

Kudos to him for playing through the pain...but what injury prevents you from making a pass? He hardly makes a pass...tries to get his own points.
