They'd help but Miami is just flawed. LeBron and Wade still can't figure out how to play with each other. Shouldn't two superstars be able to do that.

The best addition Miami can make is a healthy Haslem for the playoffs. Bibby can shoot, but he's slower than OJ's white Ford Bronco. He ain't guardin' nobody...

I Agree with BBall here.

Perk did slow Dwight down - some.

My main concern, though, is that Dwight is in fact getting better. I don't think anyone can really slow him down anymore.

Kudos to Perk, though. But he's gone now, and even with this fact I am confident that JO and Shaq can slow him down, now.

When JO was healthy, he played Dwight better than even Shaq, I think. In looking at their head to head games last year, JO played well vs Dwight.

Now? Well, JO probably won't be 100%, and Shaq, as much as I love him in Green, won't completely shut down Dwight much.

I'm confident, though, that Dwight can't beat us by himself - nor can Lebron, DWade or Kobe.

thank god theyre both lousy defeders so heat only get better on offense and really suffer on d
thats why is not clear the effect players like those will have on your team specially during playoffs

If the Heat get Bibby, they basically have Eddie House 2.0, and I'm not sure if Bibby can keep with Eddie on the defensive end.

If the Heat get Murphy, they'll get a taller, stronger Mike Miller but not that good at shooting the 3. He can rebound better if in shape, but we don't know.

If the Heat get Murphy and Bibby, they'll need 5 basketballs.

While Bibby could help Boston, I think Wafer can do quite well as a guard off the bench to get the starters rest and score some points.

About Murphy, he could also help, but Krstic and KG can stretch the floor (no need a 3-point shooter for that) and what they would miss the most in case the O'Neal are in foul trouble or suspended (they'll be ready to play in the playoffs) will be post defense. I guess Gadzuric can give that as well as Murphy, if not better.

I respectfully disagree, (TP, Mike-Dub) ... Murphy might have some success against our bench if we're playing poorly, but Bibby?!? He doesn't worry me a bit, nor would these guys make Miami a much better team. In fact, I think their games and their personalities, would not be a good fit for the Heat. Even with Murphy and Bibby, Miami would not be the team we need to worry about in the East. ;)
