Are teams defending Ray differently now?

Why aren't we seeing more of those baseline screens set for Ray, with him popping out to the 3 point line for open looks like we were seeing early on in the season? Ray still gets the occasional open look, but not nearly as many open looks as before. What changed? Is it just me, or doesn't it seem like teams are forcing Ray to take and make contested 2's now?
