It's time to break it all up! It's all over! Our run is done!
Seriously, folks, we're having a bad game and getting jobbed by the refs. Take it easy. Rondo is not trying to show up Danny. The vets are not tanking. Are you kidding me? The most prideful team in the NBA doesn't pull that kind of nonsense. We're having a bad night. Maybe we'll turn it around in the 2nd half of this game. All hope is not lost. We'll be fine.

Messing up the chemistry wasn't worth it...I've been trying to convince myself that this was a great trade but I can't anymore. Should have never traded Perk. Team would have been fine even if he sat on the bench for the rest of the season. Kristic seems cool and all but...you can't reinvent the chemistry that starting five had. You just cannot.

You've been trying but you can't anymore? After what? Not even a full game with our new guys?

Gimme a break . ::)

Yeah...you really don't get it.

I get it. Perk has been here for the entire big 3 era and the starting 5 has fostered chemistry that can't be replaced in the short term. Chemistry is important, it brings out the best of the players and it gives our guys an edge on the floor. But guess what, what has happened already happened. You can't turn back time. Perk is out, in comes Green and Kristic. How do you know that the new guys won't form better chemistry? Please, you are comparing half a game of sample size to 3 years. Is that fair?

Have some patience.

I understand what you're saying but unfortunately we don't have 3 yrs to gel with these guys. We have 3 months. Our goal is a championship in June of 2011.

Rondo is on strike. Showing up Danny Ainge for making that Trade. His Besties is gone.

lol what...I hope that's a joke. You really think Rondo would purposely play badly because his friend got traded? That's insane.

He hasn't been the same since the trade. Either a hangover from losing his best Friend or he is not a STAR in the NBA.   Eric Bledsoe is outplaying him, and Ty Lawson schooled him on Thursday.

Swear to God they should start West. I mean it. Im the last guy here who is anti Rondo but he has to stop this now. We need W's.

Wow.  I mean, I usually get a few more beers in me before the late game tip-offs, but...wow.

Do you think if we put a cardboard cutout of Perk in a suit on the bench that the guys would start playing harder?

our players going on strike as a sign of the protest of the trade is one of the stupidest and farfetched theories i've ever read.

And will everyone stop bringing up Perk playing or not playing? Its really not about whether he plays or not. Completely different knowing your starting center/good friend is injured vs traded to a team halfway across the country and knowing you will more than likely never play with him again. I think most of you really don't realize the type of chemistry this team had and how important it was. The chemistry is one of the things that made other teams fear us.

KG,PP and Ray had closer friends traded away in the past and didnt affect them that much. you are clearly looking for something just so you can say "i told you so". even before perk was traded this kind of play was sometimes seen. cleveland game, bobcats game etc.

I'm looking for something just so I can say "I told you so"? What exactly would I be getting out of that? ::) I would love to be wrong.

jumping to conclusions about the trade with only half the game over? lol.. instead of supportig the team at a tough time like this, or welcoming new members and supporting them in acclimating with the celts all they get is as if these guys arent mentally tough and danny screwed up, the sky is falling etc.

considering how the team is playing tonight, that cutout could provide more productive minutes than just about everybody else that suited up   :P
