http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=4unp3fw

Boston IN: Chris Anderson, Aaron Afflalo and Ramon Sessions
Boston OUT: Nate Robinson, Semih Erden, Avery Bradley, 1st rounder, $3M cash

Sessions replaces Robinson.
Delonte remains as backup "2" -- no need to play PG
Afflalo replaces Daniels
Anderson replaces Erden

Denver keeps blowing it up - Anderson has 4 years on his deal, which is their longest contract. They get a couple years to look at Bradley, and take about $15M off their books.

Cleveland gets their young big (Erden), a 1st rounder, Robinson replaces Sessions (a wash for them as he would leave before they rebuild anyway), and Bos could send $3M to help cover the remaining $$$ on O'Neal contract.

OK, fire away, that's all I got for original ideas =).

New 2nd unit:

Sessions
West
Afflalo
Big Baby
Anderson

This team has all the neck tattoos it already needs.

Why does CLE want JO?
Andy Bernard doesnt lose constests. He wins them, or he quits them because they're unfair.

They don't. But Semih + 1st round pick is a sweet deal just to swap Sessions for Robinson (keep in mind Sessions is gone after next year and they aren't trying to win now), and $3M in cash would go towards paying J.O.

For Cleveland, it comes down to which you would rather have next year:

Sessions
$26M expiring deals ($13M Jamison, $9M Williams)
$4M cash

OR

Robinson
$32M expiring deals ($13M Jamison, $9M Williams, $6M JO)
Semih
1st rounder

Wouldn't you choose the 2nd one if you're Cleveland? You're adding 2 young players for a little cash, and another trade chip which at worst will come off the books next year.
