I don't think we needed this quote from Amare to tell us this.  You could tell from the first minute he was gunning for it.

Someone had to say it. LOL

Interesting as far as sour grapes goes...

Amare took 20 shots in 28 minutes with 2 ast, compared to Kobe's 26 in 29 minutes with three.

However, it was Durant hitting all of the shots when the game was on the line.
Yup

When Kobe had 37 with 3 minutes to go, I would have bet large that he would have gone for the ASG scoring record of 42, or at least tried to pass MJ's 39, but Durant took the next 3 shots or so.  I was surprised by this a bit, given what a selfish pig Kobe is.

Sour grapes in the all-star game? Haha.

Yeah, Amare wasnt exactly being the greatest team player himself. He was taking some pretty absurd shots.

No question...absurdity reigns at allstar weekend.

Read today that Kobe was one shot attempt away from tying the ASG record for most attempts in a game, though.

Only thing that matters is that nobody got hurt.  Nothing compelling about a meaningless game.  Essentially a 48 minute game of horse.

The only all-star game worth watching is MLB because it has meaning.  Home field for world series.

I lost interest after the first quarter,
It not much different than watching the Harlem Globetrotters.

Kobe hogging the ball or someone noticing and saying something neither is news, IMHO.

For me, the MVP was Lebron, Kobe only scored, made a triple-double Bron, Kobe did not play as a team.
It's funny when the press criticized Allen Iverson, and Kobe does not?
The world is hypocritical, to me the best was to see our Big Four.
A superstar was absent, Allen Iverson.
