Is there really any question that LeBron is way better than Derrick Rose and still deserves the MVP award?

The league MVP shouldn't be a footnote in the All-Star game.

McGee got totally jobbed last night. Ray got snubbed out of the all-star game MVP award a few years ago when they gave it to Lebron as well.

It seemed to me both Lebron and Kobe were more concerned about winning the all star game then winning in the regular season. Gloryhogs.  ::)

Nowitzki has a good case as well if you are using that criteria. Lebron is better than both, but I just wish it was named Most Outstanding Player and it'd be a lot easier to sort out.

I think everyone agrees that LeBron and others are better then Rose, but Rose has the bulls "overachieving" and "overcoming" a bunch of injuries and is basically doing what LeBron did for the cavs...carrying a bunch of scrubs + an injured Boozer/Noah to a top record.

Borderline playoff team is pretty generous... they'd be a lottery team with no Derrick Rose. In that sense, Rose is definitely the MVP favorite. LBJ def does a lot for the Heat, but they wouldn't be lost without him.

Heck, they may have actually been able to use the money earmarked for him to go get a legit defensive center to better compliment Bosh/Wade. I'm joking, btw... Sort of...

I had really low expectation...so, for me, it was entertaining in the end. You had higher expectations, I guess.
