he's putting up a better effort than he did in the last few laker games

Kobe is totally gunning for the MVP and deserves it thus far.  LeBron wants it too.  Wade wants to be the MVP for the West.

I fully agree. Amare and Melo will not win any titles in NY if that trade happens.

I would be mad right now if I'm a Lakers fan. Kobe didn't play all that well in the last two games but is putting up a show here.

Phil Jackson take notes...all you need is lot of celebrities, a pink carpet and bright lights...do that and you'll have the "young" Kobe again.

What you need is something at stake for Kobe to put on his resume like another all-star game MVP  award. It's that simple.
