With the trade deadline coming, it begs the question of which young prospect Cs fans would rather keep if they had to choose. Who you would rather have for the long term?

Mike

Bradley, no question.  He has so far to go, and you simply can't teach size.

Ultimately though, I think they both are not a place where you can get good value for them right now, so I would try to hang on to them for the moment.

Bradley and it's not really close. Bradley should still be college developing his offensive skills.

Bradley. There's been plenty of small, quick guards that can't shoot on the Celtics, past & present. Semih may not look all that athletic, but he's got length, has soft hands, appears to have a solid basketball IQ, and has already proven he can play at this level. All this and he's been as banged up as anybody on this team. I'm looking forward to seeing his progress in the NBA.

Bradley without a doubt.  Semih could actually be useful this year.

Forget the future.  It's all about winning #18 now.  With how close things were last year, a role player could end up making the difference.

I'd move either of them.

I think Semih has value this year as a deep bench player, Bradley has none for this year. Going forward I'd rather have Avery as a prospect.

But I'll move either to win now.

Bradley. I think Semih has the potential to be a solid backup center two years down the road.

It's hard to give up young players who could potentially become your starter(s) in the future.

Semih has soft hands???

I'd much rather trade Semih. He's the better basketball player at this moment in time, but not by much.  Bradley is a disaster area offensively (the ball slows him down, his handle is very weak and he doesn't have much in the way of touch or creativity around the rim)and may never develop into anything resembling a lead guard, but he's very young, fast, very quick defensively, has a Russell Westbrook like frame and plays very hard defensively.  With guys like Derrick Rose, Westbrook and John Wall on the prowl, Bradley's defensive skillset projects to be very valuable for a playoff team within a few years.  All he needs to do is develop one NBA level offensive skill (his J is the best candidate) and get comfortable enough/learn his limits so as not to throw the ball away every possession and he'll be much more valuable than Semih.
2025 Draft: Chicago Bulls

PG: Chauncey Billups/Deron Williams
SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari
PF: Al Horford/Zion Williamson
C: Yao Ming/Pau Gasol/Tyson Chandler

Amen.

If we target a $2 million player, Daniels and a pick is the bait.  If we target a $5 million player, Nate and a pick is the bait.

Why don't you think that Semih has value right now? He has performed well on a championship-caliber team, and he's a young big guy.

All we need is to find one other team that is enticed by his potential, for him to have value.

I would much rather trade Bradley. Erden is too valuable to give away for a backup swing man.

Nate or Daniels, are whom I would rather trade.  But between those two I would choose Erden to trade.
