Red hot Cavs win it.

On the down side (perhaps), this miserable stretch by LA is coming before the trade deadline making it likely the Lakers will make a significant move.  Just makes me nervous.

I agree...but the bright side is that what the Lakers are willing to give up, nobody wants.

Them refs almost took this game from us. smh. Good win for the celtics.

What a perfect way to go into the all star break.

And oh, **** at the lakers!!

lol what an embarrassing loss for the Lakers. Although I won't gloat too much b/c I rememeber clearly losing last year to the then 6-52 Nets.

Great fourth-quarter turnaround by Boston -- a sign of good character, and a testament that this team is different from last year's squad. I give them credit.

This patchwork bench is frustrating. We'll take the W none the less.

Our bench..

...can't wait for us to be a fully healthy team again. All Star break should help.

Thank God they didn't blow this one.  Not that it would've been cataclysmic (remember last year); however, things should get better after the All Star break with Erden, West, and hopefully Shaq back.  Nice to see them pull this out.
I agree that it was great to see them get their act together and put the Nets away down the stretch

Though, again, with such a limited bench, I think the starters paced themselves, knowing they couldn't go 100% for an entire game.  I think that's a pretty large reason why this wasn't a blow out.

Can't wait until we have a bench that can hold a lead and allow the starters the luxury of going all out knowing they can actually get breathers and afford to pick up fouls.
Agree on pacing themselves.  But in the end, Pierce kicked it up a notch and just took the game over.

This totally cracked me up!  TP for the laugh.

I agree!  I can't wait for us to be healthy again. It's a tribute to the heart of this team that they have the record they do with all the injuries.

Watching for the first time, (CSNNE replay) ... Luke playing well, Pierce being amazing, (which I expected, after the last performance), and loving Von's stroke ... that kid is a shooter, and has a form that's very close to Ray Allen's ... can't wait to see him develop, as I think he's going to make it in the Association.

Pierce having a great game ... some nice stuff from Baby and Luke as well. Can't believe that they didn't call it when Ray got slammed in the face, and I swear the officials are making up for lost time with Perk and technicals ... that one was absurd!

What a horrendous call on Luke ... not even close! Lousy officiating.

No threes for the Celts yet in this game, (4th qtr), and some terrible officiating, but I like what I'm seeing from Wafer since 'Quis went down ... great stuff!
