Those NBA ads went from halfway decent to pathetic pretty quickly.

Premise was always just awful if you ask me.

Up 13 and with all the momentum heading into the 4th, let's finish them!

9 point lead going into the fourth quarter

And you guys were expecting a 10 point loss? Shame on you! You really thought the proud Celtics would lose to these hacks?

Lovely three pointer by Von Wafer in transition late in the quarter... deflated the Heat's momentum.

Excellent job by the C's throughout the third quarter. Their defense was hugely impressive.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
Gotta keep playing. Miami can score in bunches without the clock running (FT's)...plus they're probably owed some. We've had some friendly whistles go our way.

Get to 100 points.
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

Wafer just shut down Wade. Didn't know he could do that.

so where are the people who were saying that James and the Heat were playing possum?

You can throw that out the window now. They look worse in the 2nd half.

can we wait until the games over before these jokes come out??  much like many people chose not to wait until even a 1/4 of the season was over before they said the Heat were a horrible team.
