The pick he set on Miller was unquestionably a dirty play. A good clean pick can do just as damage and have the same affect on the opponent (witness Ilgauskas' pick on Rondo moments before). Once KG lowers his shoulders on his picks he crossed the line in Dirtyville. Did it get the message across? Yes.Did it set Wade off into coming a flagrant? Yes.Was it dirty? Yup.

Perfectly legit for KG to target Miller with a clean pick on his own side of the court, but lowering his shoulder makes it a dirty play IMO.I'd say leaning his shoulder in on picks is KG's most frequently used "dirty" play. He gets called on in pretty frequently.

So do you think something is not dirty because you are sticking up for a teammate? I disagree as do the refs. That is ridiculous actually to me if you are retaliating that you can do whatever you want and it would not be considered dirty.

If someone pulls a dirty move on your teammate like that a little shove on the shoulder is warranted to keep him in check.

Something does not become a clean play based on retaliation imo. Dirty is dirty. I just know that if KG had retaliated and situation was reversed people would call him dirty for doing it. I guess we will have to agree to disagree on this.
