I also think that Marquis and a 1st for Jamario Moon is the best realistic option.

Reasons:
1. He probably covered LeBron every day in practice and knows him well;
2. Dan Gilbert would probably OK the trade just to give us an edge on the heat;
3. Cavs are rebuilding and would find a pick attractive;
4. Moon and Daniels both expire after this year - little risk for anyone.

How is that realistic? The Cavs are going to be looking to rebuild, why on earth would they say yes to someone who WE aren't even sure will step onto the court another day in his life?

We are going to be stuck with JO/Marquis because for the same reasons people want to get rid of them, others WON'T take them.

Im more frustrated with these constant trade threads over the injuries we have.  :shakes fist:

My proposal includes a first round pick from the C's to the Cavs. Please explain why you don't think that the Cavs would trade Moon for a pick, given that the Cavs are rebuilding.
I think they'd give up Moon for a 2nd rounder + cash, I don't think the organization values him much. Byron Scott certainly doesn't.

Agreed. The Cs wouldn't trade either Daniels or a 1st for Moon, much less both.

I do think that Moon could be one of the more realistic options out there, however. Very hard to see how we're going to get a Battier or Brewer or Prince. Not that hard to imagine a small asset deal for Moon.

Francisco Garcia?

Robinson
Daniels
Luke

for

Landry
Garcia

Garcia is owed 5M per for the next 3 seasons and the Kings would probably like to get that off the books. Robinson has 1 yr less and he potentially could be a fit playing off the ball alongside Evans.

Didn't even check the numbers, just throwing dangerous crap out there:  Trade ID #5841020

Baby, Wafer and Gody for C.J. Miles and Fesenko.

Utah has Gordon Hayward to develop behind Kirilenko and needs a shakeup, Baby provides energy.  This deal would mean playing Erden much bigger minutes and seeing if Fesenko can add anything...C.J. Miles gets lots of minutes behind Ray and Pierce....

confession:  I know nothing about Miles' game!

Hmmmm What's Ricky Davis doing these days?  And I'm surprised that Antoine isn't being mentioned in every other post.

Antoine's fallen all the way back to the D League.
You can just call me WaveOcean, or Wave for short. I was not thinking straight when I chose my screenname.

Jackson, DJ, Nazr for Nate,BBD,Bradley and JO

JO could be bought out or we could go a different direction and go with an ex Celtic. Antoine anyone? Sheed? Or even pick up from the Dleague or Free agents post trade deadline(Jamison possibly)

Can't stop, Rondo!

  • Another undersized Celtic...
Realistic:

1)Anthony Parker
2)Terrence Williams
3)Rasual Butler
4)Tracy McGrady???

Anthony Parker is too slow to defend anyone

More realistic Dream is a WIN. It doesn't seem like tonight is the night. Pistons are up big in the 4th. No worries, Washington is coming to town on Sunday. Its then or never.

If we can't even beat the Pistons, who can we beat?
