I know it may be a bit early for him, but he won't be here when I pick next, and he rounds out my starting 5 perfectly. Gives Minny a very very good defensive squad and a balanced scoring team.
PG:Jameer Nelson
SG: Tayshaun Prince
SF:Paul Pierce
PF: Rashard Lewis
C: Joakim Noah

My take: I love Rashard, but I like him best as a SF. Right now, in my eyes you still have three small forwards, and your PG is a guy who is better in a half-court offense, rather than a transition one.
I love your shooters, but I think a lineup built around shooters is very flawed without the dominant offensive big man (i.e., Howard, etc.) to build around. In Orlando, for instance, most teams double team Howard, leaving one of their great shooters open. In Minnesota, teams will be able to single cover all of your guys.
That said, kudos to you, because I'm judging your team as a flawed almost-contender, rather than as a bottom of the barrel lottery team. You've pulled off a heck of a turnaround.
I have the exact same critique as Roy. Shooters, yes. Anybody to free up those shooters? Eh, not really besides Pierce. If I play you (in general, not just my team), I'm guarding everybody tight 1 on 1 and forcing Pierce to score 40 in order to beat me. The team is solid, while not spectacular, defensively.
I'm not sure if I really like this "turnaround"... Minny could have had 2 decent young building blocks, then another with the first round pick. Instead, is this team that I don't think will contend for a title and is paying just those 5 players over $55M. Not to mention they are all signed up for multiple years, with raises, including Noah's $7M raise, and all of them are either plateauing or on the downhill slope of their careers. Can that market support this franchise?
