Since when is Gortat a pick and pop assassin?

since shaq is just standing there watching him and not even attempting to defend him

I think the scouting report is to make Gortat shoot.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
Steve Javie is a star.
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

Whoa. Rondo 4-4 from the line. I was shocked to hear tonight that rondo leads the league in turnovers. Please take the starters out or just forfeit. This is an embarrassing joke

Rondo is horrible right now. And he's getting hurt in the process. This is just awful..

Is Shaq unable to lift his arms tonight? Because he's not even getting a hand in Gortat's face. This whole Boston performance is pathetic. And I'm sick of hearing the "but it's a back-to-back" excuse. The NBA used to schedule back-to-back-to-BACKS, for Pete's sake. And these guys are professional athletes; why can't they muster enough energy to go hard for a couple hours two days in a row?

Rondo's just as off as everybody else tonight but at least he's trying hard.

There are nights when there's no reason to stick around and watch.

This is one of those nights. I wouldn't put up with Javie, either.

Celtics playing like they were up all night -- which apparently they were.  Ugh.

please tell me i'm wrong about this, but i think we are the only current title contender (spurs, magic, heat, lakers, bulls, celtics) that has this certain fragility and when tired or a little beaten down, is capable of being blown out like this to mediocre teams ?
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce
