Chemistry would be affected negatively as well, (this team has great chemistry as a unit), not to mention Nate's 3-point threat and Big Baby's leading the NBA in charges, (some which have been defensive keys to many games). Sorry, but I just do not agree ... I would much rather have Nate and Baby than Pietrus and Warrick. One "Nay" vote from me.

Pietrus has a 3 pt shot, but otherwise Baby is a better player.  I wouldn't do that trade.  I wouldn't trade Nate for him either, at least not until we see how Delonte works out.

I might agree with this proposal but why are we including a 1st rounder???

He can dunk at will on most PFs in the league, hit the open jumper including an occasional 3, and long arms to play D. He's like an unpolished poorman's KG. Warrick is a keeper.

If he were anywhere near as good as your opinion of him, he'd be starting somewhere and not a journeyman. 

Contrary to your high opinion of these two players, neither can do anything "at will" on offense.
