We Send A first round Pic, Nate Dog, Semih, Baby, and the highly coveted Avery Bradley.

To the Clips for, Bledsoe, Deandre Jordan, A. Aminu, And Ryan Gomes.

The Clippers are enamored with Erden, and they always felt Nate belonged in L.A. They also want to get rid of Gomes's 15 million left on his deal.

Dreaming a little I know, but after watching the Clips tonight I'd love to infuse that athleticism with are Vets Shaq, Paul, Ray, Kevin,
Rondo And Bledose on the floor  together would be awesome to watch.

There is absolutely no way they do this trade.  Gomes is a decent player, and Bledsoe/Aminu/Jordan are very young, high-upside guys who have already done passable imitations of starters this year.

They likely view the three youngsters, along with Gordon and Griffin, as a possible contending core in the future.  There's no way they consider selling them off now.

Lol at this trade. Clippers aren't giving up DeAndre Jordan, with how well he's been playing recently. Also, they have no need for those players, they need a very good small forward.

I was disappointed when Ainge drafted Giddens and passed on D Jordan.  Jordan would be a nice big off the bench

I didn't know this happened but there could be some character issues or something that would make a GM pass on him at the time.An NBA analysts recently stated D.Jordan has started to develop a better work ethic due to becoming friends with B.Griffin and watching how hard he works.Maybe theres the answer to why Danny passed on him.tp

To be fair, the whole league passed on him.  Going into the season he was projected to be a top 3 or so pick...but he had a brutal freshman year.

I think his work ethic and just lack of skills hurt him, but coming out of high school he was a big deal.  Huge and athletic.  People just found out he didnt really know how to play basketball and he got a rep for being lazy.  That said, I was interested in the Celts trying to get a guy that big and athletic that cheap, but hey honestly Giddens looked like he might be a decent player...hindsight is 20/20.  Not many people expected him to be there in the 2nd...Going into the draft I wanted the Celts to go for Bill Walker in the 1st round then JR in the 2nd.  It oddly happened the opposite way.

Drafting late like that you just hope to come up with anything useful, so id say Giddens was a fail, but Bill Walker helped us get Nate I guess, so that might be looked at positively.

The character issue excuse would work if we didn't select JR Giddens, a player who had big time character issues in college.
do it

This has been talked about in great detail on this board to date. It hurts even more not that he looks like a guy who could become a top 10 center. ainge passed on a number of good players to draft giddens -- it was probably his worst day as GM (next to the day he signed blount). i nearly passed out when they made the pick.

still, danny's had a lot of other good days, can't complain.....
