I've thought about it and thought about it. Tinkered with the trade machine for days and hours on end, and I believe this is the only reasonable solution to our problems. It makes perfect sense for us and this organization.

I think having Melo on our team would make no sense at all. We dont need another all-star SF, if anything we need an all-star C , but as it stands I think we're fine anyways.

Shaquille O'neal is an all-star center and has been one for years.

...either way that trade is kinda sketchy. That's like giving away our assist-guy and our best shooter for a 'chance to see' Carmelo Anthony's 'bills go up' (maybe if we could get 'Melo for less?). By the way I loved watching Chauncey Billups play for team USA this summer. the guy is the perfect combination of talent and veteran leadership, not to mention the fact that he has already played for the Boston Celtics before.
