If two more owners really want to play, I'm sure IP could be convinced that contraction isn't necessary.  (Since this isn't about "winning", isn't the fun in seeing if you can improve a team from its "real life" situation?)

***We contracted the league from 30 teams to 28 this year, because the Raptors and the Cavaliers are both pathetic.

Personally, I think Detroit is the two worst team in the Pick II Draft.

The Cavaliers wouldn't be so bad. Only the top two players on the roster matter in this draft and with Varejao you have one very good piece to work with.

Add the top pick in the draft, with Varejao, and you'd have a nice foundation to build around. Very good chance to build a playoff team.

I'd exclude the Raps and Pistons but keep the Cavs.

I think Monroe has more upside than anyone the Cavs have; he's played very well after a rough first 20 games.  I'd take Monroe/Stuckey over Varejao and Mo/Jamison/Hickson though neither set is too appealing.
