I love how everyone was saying they were the best team because they won 21 of 22 . They then lose to the Clippers and Lebron is out for 2 games they lose them both.

I think Lebron,Wade and Bosh combine for something crazy like 75 or 80% of their offense .

They won't be able to get out and run in the playoffs when they start playing good defensive teams .

The C's are now 3 games up in the loss column .  ;D

I think it's great that the Heat have lost three in a row after Lebron's "karma" tweet.

That said...  The Heat are still an excellent team, so long as their top three are healthy.  Just like I expected to lose games when we had KG and Rondo out, I expect the Heat won't win much without Lebron.

I didn't see the whole game , but they were just showing the highlights and someone rolled into Bosh's leg and he either hurt his knee or ankle.

He played for a few plays after that and then left the game and didn't come back. Looks like the injury bug is starting to hit Miami's best players.

Hopefully the C's can pick up a few more games on them while they deal with injuries

Looks like Bosh may have sprained his ankle as well.

Karma...

Says a lot about their "depth" ... they're just not a complete team like the Celtics are, and losing the Queen is a great example.

They're gonna be OK! They're gonna lose some games due to the injuries that have struck them lately, but I don't think this is gonna mean they are a worse team than we already saw they are before these last 3 games... I can see them on another looong winning streak after LeBron and Bosh come back and that's why we have to take advantage for as long as it lasts, cuz as you saw they were 5 games behind us and they caught up with in 2 weeks' time!!

HCA would be huge this year for the C's...

I believe many people as well as "NBA Experts" predicted them to do well this year but not so much in the playoffs, because of their depth..and that it's a team better off for the coming years where they'll be able to use their MLE and Bi-Annual Exceptions to fill out the rest of their needs.

we knew at the beginning of the year they werent a deep team.  we knew if any of their 3 went down with an injury they'd really be cooked.

theyve figured out how to play together, and if theyre healthy come playoff time, they'll be a formidable opponet.

And in 4 days we made up 3 of those.

"I love how everyone was saying they were the best team because they won 21 of 22 . They then lose to the Clippers and Lebron is out for 2 games they lose them both."

How are these two sentences related? Of the people who consider them the best team, did any of them think that the Heat could win games without Lebron?

The Heat's performance without Lebron shows us nothing. Everyone already knew they were too thin to win without Lebron. These games give us no reason to feel confident that they aren't a great team when healthy. Since Lebron's injury isn't serious, they will be healthy shortly.

These kinds of reactions feel a bit desperate to me. Why not accept that the Heat are a really good team and will be a challenge to face in the playoffs unless they are missing a key player?

Not everyone was saying they were the best team because they won 21 of 22.

I'm sure in a month or so if they go on another huge winning streak, people are going to start another thread, talking about how dangerous they are and how scared everyone is of them (i.e. this forum). Just the ups and downs of a season.

Even with their bad record, Clippers are a decent team with weapons...And Denver and Chicago are quality teams.

Whether they go on another long winning streak or not, I'm not worried. Take a look at who they beat consistently, and who their losses are to. They always lose to the top teams.
As for the playoffs, I can't see them beating the Cs in a 7 game series.

What I love is that people act like the Cavs from the last two seasons don't even compare to the Heat this year. Besides the names "Wade" and "Bosh" can someone please tell me the difference?

Nice job picking the Clips over the Heat. Mark me down as not scared of the Heat unless one of the Big Four are injured.
