Look at the Heat Box score from that game.  There is no way they can keep that up all season.  Its litteraly a 3 man team.

That is a crazy box score haha

Wow!  Just checked the box score.  That is ridiculous.  I seem to recall LeBron/Wade/Bosh scored like 90 pts of 100 or so just recently as well.  Completely unsustainable against good defenses.  You know, the type they will see in the Playoffs.

TP's for both of you

Edit:  It was just last game against Portland, LeBron/Wade/Bosh scored 96 of the teams 107 pts.

Clips really can play - the 1st Q was simply awesome.

Nice job when the Heat came back to within two as well.

Fun game to watch!

The Clippers only won by 6? Werent they up by like 30 something at some point in the second quarter?

Glad to see the Clippers playing somewhat well. I would like to see them start building themselves. They've got some good young players. Griffin is an incredible player to watch and he can contend in the MVP column in a year or two, Gordon has a chance to be a top 5 scorer in the league, if Davis can keep his conditioning up and his heart into it he can be one of the leagues best point guards (needs to keep his head straight on his shot selection though), DeAndre Jordon is showing some great potential especially on the defensive end the guy is a blocking machine, Aminu has some potential as a scorer, Gomes can play a nice role off the bench. Add Kaman into that mix and they could potentially be pretty solid adding one or two veteran defenders...

...

Then again, it is the Clippers...

I wouldn't call it completely unsustainable, but difficult.

Bottom line is those 3 are going to dominate the shots when their on the court. The issue becomes that no other player gets any rhythm out there because well... they don't touch the ball.

Still, it will always be difficult to make it hard on 3 players that are that good. Boston dominated Cleveland last year, because all they had to do with limit Lebron and make everyone else beat them. Now you can't just key on one guy, there are two others out there that can, and will, take the shots to beat you.

But, when no other players are getting any rhythm due to few touches, when any of those guys are off the floor, it makes the game a whole lot easier. That's where games can be won or lost, bench play.

And, thankfully to say, it's the area (when healthy) Boston can succeed the most in. There is no team in the NBA with a bench as capable as Boston. A unit of West/Nate/Daniels/Baby/Shaq can match up to any bench in Basketball and dominate them, hell that unit is better than some starting units out there right now.

Blake Griffin kick behinds

To see him guarding Bronnie was a delight

I will keep every single penny in the world in the bank account
waiting for him to be a free agent and make him a Celtic.

It was even worse in the Portland game. I still think the Heat are an extremely scary team come playoff time, especially if Haslem is back.

Clippers on a role - I'm not surprised. Thought they would beat them, actually.

LeBron is 26 and is a super human specimen, when he sprains an ankle he can still jump 10 feet and dunk on entire teams, when J

Mega, very true, TP. It's amazing what HGH will do for you both developmentally and healing more quickly.

::)

Don't see what the big deal is. We got blown out by the nets last season and still made it to the finals. In an 82 game regular season the better team doesn't always win.

Blake Griffin is an absolute stud...Heat lose? sooo?

I agree, this loss means absolutely nothing.

But I still find it humerous that the very next game after LeBron opens his mouth and inserts his foot for the umpteenth time this year, the Heat lose to the lowly Clips AND LeBron gets hurt.

If you beleive in karma, which I actually do not (although I do beleive in reaping what you sow in the Biblical sense, but this nor anything else to my knowledge LeBron has done, classifies as morally wrong-sports just aren't THAT important), this is the epitome of it.

Also, I just wanted to use my new catch phrase.

Karma is a LeBron!

Don't get me wrong, I know where your coming from.  But, I live in L.A. and I can tell you that the "lowly" Clips have won 8 of their last 11 and the Lakers needed a last second shot by Fisher to beat them.  The Clips have also won the last 2 meetings against the Celts at the Staples Center.

It's not nearly considered as bad as a loss as it would have been about a month ago.

yeah this was an exciting game. I am partially a Clips fan, so I was really rooting for them.
