Yeah because Lopez and Dudley really "glued" together those championship Suns teams... Oh wait. And Nash has consistently been "battle tested" right out of the playoffs early.
Suns playoff games in the past six years:
2004–05: 15
2005–06: 20
2006–07: 11
2007–08: 5
2008-09: none
2009–10: 16
Arguably the key to the Suns offense, Nash failed to reach the playoffs only once in that stretch, and advanced to at least the second round of the playoffs every time but once. Early exits?
Also, Azu will never be athletic again? Didnt Amare have knee surgery...Twice... That was suppose to "end his career" and hed never recover and what not... Well he's playing like an MVP right now.
Amare had microfracture surgery to repair cartilage damage. Azubuike tore his patella tendon, resulting in a dislocation of the patella. Different injuries, different surgeries, different recoveries. I've heard the timetable for recovery from Azubuike's surgery is anywhere from 5 to 6 months. I don't recall when he had his operation, but he suffered the injury in November 2009. More than a year later, he's still not fully recovered.
Whether you buy Chandler and Felton's play or not doesnt matter...The fact is, they are playing great ball. Nash Dudley and Lopez dont put the Knicks over the top and I dont think that trio makes them any better than they are now. Felton and Chandler will look much better next to Melo anyway.
Can't argue much there. Chandler and Felton are putting up big numbers. I just don't think they'll go that far.
Agree to disagree? If Felton performs at this level for an entire season, I'll have to stop sleeping on him.
