Until I see Harangody step into a playoff game and do the job he was asked to do, Scali is better.

Scali came into playoff games after not playing for many games and provided good team defense.  He filled his role.

The ability to come in and fill ones role without having consistent minutes (or any minutes) is a good thing to have in a 12th man.

Harangody is a better rebounder, and may be a better offensive player (this is still up in the air a bit), but still has a ways to go defensively to be anywhere close to Scal.  While I like Harangody's potential, based on what they can do right now, I would take Scal for his defensive ability.
