This team around him is built so he DOESENT have to do that, they all just have to do their jobs. When Pierce DOES take over, its usually beacuse one or more of our players isnt doing their job correctly.

I'm just not seeing that Nick.  Rondo's been pretty sloppy this game and his passes aren't smart or crisp.

still, he's a big improvement over what Nate's been doing

I havent noticed much out of Rondo tonight to be honest, maybe hes just flying under the radar.
