I might be able to catch part of the game between flights today (if the flights run on schedule. Perhaps I will look up people in the chat room. The Celtics are 8 and 1 on games that coincide with my air travel. Perhaps the flying leprechans respond to my "coaching."

Seriously, we are very shorthanded today but the Celtics will respond to the New Years Eve home crowd and play a good game. I am hopeful this will Git-R-Done.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

When will we know if Rondo's playing?
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

If Rondo is out, put Bradley on CP3 for awhile.  This is one matchup where his defense might outweigh his complete ineptitude on offense.

According to both Grande and Blakely

Rondo out today, and possibly at toronto. Will likely be back early next week

Can't watch it on ILPB...blackout game. I wonder why...and it's not available on TV either. :(

This team is pretty much unwatchable on offense without Rondo. I really can't remember seeing anything this bad in a long time.

Why don't we pound the ball to Shaq more and take advantage of our size while he's in?? I don't get it

Especially when the team is without Rondo + KG ... and are short on offense as a result.

Shaq is one of their best offensive threats at the moment.

Wow we are so bad sans Rondo. It's like watching a pick-up game it's so bad.

The Pierce vs Ariza matchup will be a lot be interesting to watch.

See if Ariza can slow Pierce down any.
