Rip Hamilton shouldn't be posting up Ray Allen. He doesn't have a good enough post game to get away with that.

Stick with T-Mac or Prince in the post but not Rip.

DOOMED!  WE'RE FINISHED!  WE WON'T WIN ANOTHER GAME FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON.

Sorry...  I just wanted to get that out there before the rest of the game thread catches up. ;)

Looks like you nailed it.

Yeah...  That's a little overly-prescient on my part.

Have hope you wimps. The guy just walked off the court and into the locker room on his own power without limping and your calling an end to the modern day world.

Rondo sprained his ankle and had to leave the game as well.

Like other people have said, Greg Dickerson said it was a miracle he was able to walk on his own...said he went to the floor the second he got in the lockeroom in pain.

To be fair, a usual basketball sprained ankle can't be compared to a surgically-repaired knee.

  • Thank you Eddie!
This really hurts.  Someone talk me out of playing with ESPN's Trade Machine to figure out the best possible deal to dump KG's expiring deal on someone, because I think his career is over right now.

Don't worry about repercussions until there is more news. It is pointless at this point.

wait...can it really be a repeat of the old injury? wasn't the problem that he had huge bone spurs that were taken out? unless he somehow had more develop in the past year that were gigantic, i don't think it would be a repeat. i think its either something much worse (ligament tear - i hope not) or not as bad (ligament strain, knee sprain) that he should be able to recover from okay.

I prefer watching Detroit's. Less speculation as we wait for real updates.

  • You say when......
Well,it is great to see BBD promoted himself to RAY ALLEN...yup, no more blue collar rebounding or dirty work, just sit out there and be a shooter...be the ball...layups and rebounds are for chumps....!

ILPB has the Detroit feed...no idea if they will give any updates on KG.
