  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Steve McQueen and Charles Bronson got me researchin.  Turns out Yul Bryner died on the same day in 1985 as Orson Welles.

I take it you already have, but if you've never seen "Bullit", "The Magnificent Seven", and "The Dirty Dozen", run..don't walk, to your local best buy and purchase them. They belong in your library.
Just finished Dirty Dozen.  I gotta say I didn't really like it that much

Did you say that the first time you tried apple pie with a slice of american cheese on top? TP for giving it a go.

What bothers me is that everyone else seemed to like it. I feel like I need to go live on the Island of Misfit Toys.

I hated "the Hangover" the second time I saw it. People keep on saying "man I want a friend like Zack Galfin...Zack Galafin..the weird guy".

I'm like: They're awful friends, that can't hold their booze or make rational decisions, there is no way they stole a cop car, and that weird little furbie is a crazy person that I would feel better if he were under professional supervision!"

I kind of feel the same way about Dennis and Mack from Always Sunny...and Charlie. And the girl whose name I can't remember but the actual actress's last name is Olsen. Dee. Dee too.

What?!? Really? :( ???

Oh man, that's disappointing. I love that movie...and I think you and eja117 are the funniest guys on this blog...but how can you have such a good sense of humour and not like that movie.

I think it had moments. Some parts were funny, hilarious even, but not worth the hype it got (and not worth the sequel I'll pay $30 for my gf and I to see cuz she loved it).

Bill Walton.....maybe my only total hippie on my list.  For some reason I just get him.   Our souls listen to each other man. It's about the music and the John Wooden triangle and the basketball man and like you just gotta go with it and let the rhythm take over, but never forget who you are man. It's like waking up naked with Jerry Garcia in your house and you're just like "Hey man. There's nothing wrong with this man"  As John Wooden used to say yeah he's a good player but maybe he's an even better person and that's what it's all about.

Some great choices so far...

Greg Graffin of Bad Religion has been my 'love' for 17 years, so why change now? Even better now that he is an evolutionary biologist and an author, too.

Actually I admit to being more of just a bandwaggoner. I know for a fact if I asked my wife if I could go there and protest she'd be like "No. And even if I said yes you gotta do such and such first".

Whatever. Some Egyptians get all the fun
