LeBron's team isn't winning so it must be the coach's fault.  In Cleveland, the problem was the supporting cast but it is tough to complain about that in Miami.

I think Riley should go public and say Spoelstra is the coach period and if the players don't like it, tough.  No coaching change at this point is going to result in any improvement so you might as well lock down and ride this out.  If Lebron doesn't like it, trade him for Chris Paul.
