When Lebron quits in one part of one playoff game and still scores a bunch of points and leaves town he gets labeled "his quitness".

But when Randy Moss quit on every single running play and most of the passing plays not intended for him and then quit his way out of town it's ok?

Or for that matter it's ok for Brett Favre to not show up at camp and then quit on his coach?

I don't understand why Randy and Brett have a single fan left.

If you don't like Lebron then you can't like these guys, right?

Its an interesting take. I agree with the Randy Moss thoughts..he has been awful on 9/10 plays this season and its disgusting (I know this, because he was my first round pick in a PPR league. he was my "smart" move. Hello 16th place in a 16 team league.).

LeBron though, is the most talented (I don't know if I can say "best" anymore) NBA player in the league. Randy Moss is a heck of a wide receiver when motivated. I'd say if Randy Moss holds a parellel to any NBA player..Baron Davis? And for those who still care to notice him, he doesn't have many fans. That's where ol Randy is about now.

The thing that really went south for Randy is that as soon as he was gone even though there were all these stats that showed that the Pats offense was worse they brought back fan favorite Deion Branch (who has never been accused of quitting in these parts) and started winning.

But for months there were all these Boston fans simultaneously calling Lebron a quitter, but saying letting go of Randy was a mistake.

Ah, I get it. Yeah, Randy has always been in the "Well, of course he's taking plays off. Look how they're using him/his team is terrible!/he's injured!/his poor cornrows are too tight! camp. He is so talented that he gets those passes, without deserving them. I see what you're saying.

I personally thought it was funny when the week after he gave up he came back and had a big game and was like "You can put the Earf on these shoulders".

And I was thinking "Then why do you take off every play not designed for you"?

Watching Randy Moss try to block when he's not getting the ball/winning is like watching matthew mcconaughey act with his shirt on...its pathetic and his heart's not in it.

EDIT: And if you're wondering when Matt M jokes are going to stop..they'll stop when he does. At this point, its a war.
