I had "Vietnamese Coffee" once after a meal and developed a real taste for it. I drink it after dinner in place of a dessert.

one to one and a half inches sweetened condensed milk in the bottom of a cup, than pour in super dark roasted coffee on top. For authenticity you stir and pour it over ice, but it is good warm (but not hot) too.

In the mornings/during the day with half and half or plain milk or if available vanilla soy milk. I have no taste for those 'creamers', other than soy.
