I wonder if running the point is going to hurt his confidence and rhythm. It's got to be hard for him to feel relaxed out there when he is constantly getting the ball poked away and starting the offense at almost the halfcourt line.
TP, that was my thoughts exactly last night. He was picking up his dribble under pressure barely over the half court line. Kind of reminded me of House in that way. The difference is hopefully that he is so much faster than anyone out there that he will be able to cross over and use his speed to get deeper to start. If not, then you're looking at another Nate Robinson or Eddie House.
His hops amazed me though. He followed someone into the rim and looked effortless lifting off. No wonder he has some nasty dunks out there.
I'm hoping he was just nervous and that he'll settle down. He definitely has the tools.
