Clippers have 2 star players in Gordon and Griffin, a vet point guard in Baron, and solid role players, there is no reason that they should have the record they have. They have the talent to be an 8th seed.

They aren't a playoff team in the West, even if Baron stayed healthy and was playing decently all year. Not enough defense overall or experience for their best player.

Saw this on another site and thought it was worth sharing:

A brilliant play drawn up by Popovich last night.  The intent was to fool the Bucks into thinking they were trying to free up Parker, when in reality the play was designed to get Duncan open under the rim.  Wound up compressing all five Bucks into a narrow area of the court while Duncan got an easy dunk.  Beautiful play.

EDIT: Since the clip doesn't show it, this is with about 1 minute left and the Spurs up by 3.

Clippers blowing out the Heat, it wont last though.

Wade and LeBron freethrow parade will start in the second half and the heat will pull out a win.

I would bet my car that Wade and LeBron will have shot over 35 FTs combined by the end of the game... :P

I'll take that bet...

44 in the first?? wow clips.

Final tally: Wade 7 FTs, LeBron 5.  Looks like someone's got a title to sign over.

Not LeBron though, he still doesn't have any.

Yeah, it's pretty obvious I was awfully wrong on my prediction (even though the other member of the Miami Big 3 took 14 FT's)! imo, LeBron had an off night for his standards and the Clips played very physical basketball, so the refs prefered to let both teams play physical than putting Wade, LeBron or Bosh in danger of facing some foul trouble...

One way ore another, I could compensate u with TPs, cause I dont have a car... ;D

Orlando went down again tonight to OKC. Miami is currently losing 51-37 in the 2nd quarter with no Lebron. If any of the "other 3" go down in the playoffs Miami is toast .

  • Rondo = Good
Just more proof that the Nuggets could be a pretty good team if Melo would just commit to stay there....but nooooo, he is SO set on playing in New York.

Decision Melo will eventually regret. The possibility of the Lakers breaking down in the west is greater than the Heat or Bulls or Magic sucking any time soon. Even Celtics can reload and keep competing in 2 years. East will be tough out for the next decade. Meanwile the West will be wide up open in a year or 2.

  • GOT IT!!!
If you needed any more proof queen James is Miami's best player here you go. Miami's defense is a completely different animal without him.

Lebron would make Sacramento Kings contenders.
