Last night while watching the Suns vs Cavs game the Suns announcers said the Magic have been talking to R.Wallace about a possible deal to backup Dwight soon.Has anyone on CB heard any rumors or have any legit info about that possibility? They sounded pretty serious about the meeting between R.Wallace and Otis Smith...any thoughts or comments?
This the first I've heard of it.

This is all I could find on the subject...doesn't sound serious at all.

Quote
Magic GM Otis Smith acknowledged to the Sentinel that Rasheed Wallace's name has been brought up by some coaches and Dwight Howard's dad to fill that vacant big-man slot.

But Smith squashed any possibility of trying to give Rasheed Rashard's old locker.

"He's retired, isn't he?" Smith said.

Wathing Fan Night on NBATV...my first look at Al Harrington in a while.  He's still got some skills...a much better player than I expected.  Might be worth his contract right now, but not the length...

I'd love to see the Lakers against a high school.

Tell me you wouldn't watch the Lakers against Oak Hill Academy.  I'd be all over that eating my imaginary cocktail wieners from the imaginary KG/Ray HOF ceremony

Wow, the Lakers are up 47 on Cleveland early in the 3rd.  Losing Varejao might just turn that team from bad to historically bad.

I can't believe how bad the Cav's are this year. Lakers up 48 points on them.

I was just about to post this...god that team is so bad. Mo Williams is a -43(!!) and Manny Harris is the highest leading scorer for the Cavs with 6 points. That's pretty pathetic.

Wow, it's now a 51 point lead.

Maybe the craziest stat: Cavs are down 50 and Jamario Moon is a +4.  FREE JAMARIO!!
