Just saw that the Mavs lost to the Bucks. Interesting.  Will the Mavs come back down to earth now or just show it was a blip in the road?

Decent return from Andrew Bynum, even if it was against a Washington team without Wall. 17 minutes of play to spell some good rest for Gasol and Odom. His presence was definitely felt...Will be more so, once he gets his legs under him.

Yup...Carmelo has abused him completely and VC looks clueless after every foul.

Lot of techs issued in this game.

I was surprised that SVG even tried to do that, especially with Lewis available.

J.J. Redick versus J.R. Smith made me laugh during this game.

Monta is absolutely dismantling the Wolves right now - 28 halfway through the 3rd.  He's a lot of fun to watch when he has it going.

Those Magic alts are atrocious.  If they're going to wear the black, they should just stick to the throwback.

The balance of power just got shifted to the east...rumored Sasha Vujacic is part of a threeway trade to the Nets.

Only team in the East that scares me is the Miami Heat.

Sure we are 2-0 against them, but they are not the same team. (Neither are we)

Orlando, I wasn't worried about last year and this year they didn't add anything to their team so they are basically unchanged, personnel wise.

The Magic's play and execution are a different story. They seem to have regressed this year, as team...while Dwight has progressed individually,

In the West, Dallas and San Antonio scare me....but mostly Dallas...they play Defense. The Spurs are an offensive juggernaut for some reason....crazy. But we can D the Spurs up and they will fold. The Mavs already beat us once and Dirk is playing unreal this year.

I could definitely see a Dallas VS Boston NBA Finals this season.

If you're waiting for Dallas to become a team that doesn't choke when it matters, you'll be waiting for a very long time. An old Spurs team last year knocked them out of the playoffs. Chandler is a great addition, but Lakers still own them.
