LeBrick

I guess you can say its his team now. Wade wasn't even involved the last two minutes of the game.

Nice win by NY.  We're now effectively up 3 in the loss column (because of the tiebreak).  Take care of business tomorrow and we're a little closer to homecourt.

Brandon Roy is a true teammate.  Nice sound bite right there by him.

New York had to win that one 5 vs. 8.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Interested in how Hinrich and Gerald Wallace look for their new teams.  I really liked the Hinrich to the Hawks deal.

Really hope LaMarcus is ok...he went limping into the lockerroom a while ago.

They get GWallace and now LA is hurt? Tough pill to swallow.

It's definitely interesting to see how veteran players like Chauncey Billups and Shaquille O'Neal are doing since returning to the Eastern Conference.

Players who get traded from one conference to the other in essence have to learn how to be able to be competitive against teams that they aren't used to playing against as often, as well as learn how to mesh with their new team (as evidenced by some of the missed timings that have occured as Nenad Kristic and Jeff Green are still new to the Boston Celtics' offense).

Shaq has made the move back to the East from the West (after previously playing for Eastern Conference teams) twice now and is yet again on one of the best teams in the East. During his career Shaq has faced some of the greatest NBA players ever on a nightly basis.

'Melo on the other hand now gets to try his luck in the East as he is no longer in Kobe Bryant's shadow. It's refreshing to see that he and Stoudamire can move to the East and instantly make a team like the Knicks competitive again.

I agree - especially with Carmelo and Stoudemire. Those two (and of course Chauncey) looked good defensively in MIA.

MIA ought to be ashamed of themselves, losing like that. And Lebron? He is developing a pattern here.....

Yeah, you're right -- those two were integral to stopping the Miami Heat down the stretch, specifically LeBron's drive to the basket and the three he took that would have forced overtime. It's kinda funny how the Heat's Big 3 have all played in the Eastern Conference their entire careers and now are all on the same team -- you'd think they'd have figured out how to beat every team in the East by now but hey, it's only their first season together.

LeBron needs to learn how to play with his back to the basket before teams figure out how to stop him from driving...

Portland is trying to make a game of this late.  I love the heart this team has.

They came up short, but it was closer than it should have been.

Kevin Love with 37 and 23 for the Wolves. He now has more double-doubles in a season than anyone, ever. Impressive.
