Just found it.

1973 New York Knicks

They had Bill Bradley, Dave DeBusschere, Walt Frazier, Jerry Lucas, Earl Monroe, and Willis Reed.

And player coach Phil Jackson

With his hideous hall of fame mustache.

Nice! (TP to qd33).

I'd like to think of us as the Avengers, though :)

Awesome picture.

This team can realistically have a starting lineup of 5 hall-of-famer's.

Surely it would be premature to assume Rondo will raise (or sustain?) his game for many years to become one, but Shaq, KG, Pierce, and Ray are all automatic already.

Has any team ever started 4 HOFer's? I'm guessing the 60's C's did, but what about the Lakers or anyone else?

No team could have started 5, right?

Aren't DJ and the big three all in the hof?

pretty cool, but the avengers would have been more epic!

Agreed! (TP). Did not read entire thread.

Shaq - Goliath
KG - Wolverine
Rondo - Captain America
Paul - Iron Man
Ray - HawkEye
Perk - Hercules
Glen - Luke Cage
Nate - AntMan ;D
Delonte - Iron Fist
JO - Mr Fantastic (Stretch!)
Marquis - War Machine (Who better to back up Iron Man?)

I love the Toronto Raptor picture.

The team from Canada that no one knows and gets beaten all the time.

Shouldn't Rondo have been the "Green Lantern" with the one ring?
