Jenings and Boldin are the easy ones to me.

After that I'd go w/ Garcon. He might not turn out to be the top scorer for you, but I feel confident in saying that he'll give you something. Smith/Rice are the type of guys who could give you 8 yards or 120, I take the "guaranteed" 60 yards out of Garcon.
