Media day. Who's been working hard during summer

      I love media day. It's always interesting to see the first glimpses of certain guys and see if they've been hitting the weights, getting more fit or who's been maybe less dedicated.
     I think 90 percent of the players today work extremely hard so I think it becomes less likely to see another Shawn Kemp story but it's always interesting to check out.
     I saw the Pierce video and was encouraged. They have such a short layoff and I think it's great when Pierce is lean.
