Vince Young was excused from a mandatory meeting this week for an undisclosed reason, which of course created a lot of speculation, most of it bad.  Turns out, he was taking Steve McNair's children to a father-son day at their elementary school, for the second year in a row.

With all the attention and discussion around the negative things that athletes do - Vince's record isn't exactly spotless of course - it's nice to see someone doing something so noble, and without making any attempt to publicize it himself.  Vince deserves a lot of praise for this.
