Boo, Kobe!

I think Wade at #5 may end up being the best pick in the entire draft.

Agreed, I was shocked he dropped as far as he did. Then again this seems to be an annual thing in the CB draft.

I'd like to think so ;) I was really struggling with who to pick at 5 but was pleasantly surprised with who fell in my lap.

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Going along at a nice pace so far...which means the break today is going to be absolutely devastating in terms of action...
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

I'm surprise at the suprise of Wade @ 5. Obviously a very talented player, but 5 seems about right for him.

Agree. I think Dwight Howard at 4 is probably a better "value".

The Bobcats are , frankly, stunned that the best player in the NBA went 5th.

I know I'm setting myself up for losing this popularity contest celticsblog draft by taking kobe over wade, but like I said, I'm sticking with drafting the best basketball players when available, not the most popular.  ;D

He's really my #1b overall and if I ended up the #1 overall pick, I'd probably try to trade down so I didn't have to choose between him and Lebron.  My hatred for Lebron is on the level of many of your hatred for Kobe.

I thought Wade would go at #3 or #4.  I thought the top 4 players could go in any order of preference really of: kobe, lebron, wade, durant.  Then Dwight was one of my next 2 with another player who I won't name since he hasn't been drafted yet.

That one surprises me.

Interesting...  that's a little high for Timmy in my opinion.  Great player, but he's near the end of his time...
