Scrambling ownership? Does that mean new teams or new divisional alignments?

Yea not sure I follw with the scrambling of ownership. Not sure that makes much of a difference as to what team you start with. It makes more sense to re align divisions but thats just my point of view.

New teams.

Our goal was to avoid having the same owners clash yet again, to mix it up. To keep this as close to resembling the real NBA though we're going to scramble teams instead of just divisions like I originall proposed.

We want to provide context to the divisions rather than having a "Western Conference" which in no way resembles the real western conference city/franchise wise.

Fundamentally either way will accomplish our goal, this way just keeps things organized to the real NBA more closely.

I've had the Clippers the past two years although last season I've moved them to Buffalo. I seem to recall they did better than Phoenix. ;D

Can I move that the entire SE division from 2008 be "randomly" assigned to the same division?

4. We are also debating reducing rosters down to 12 or 13 due to lack of timely participation in the last 2 to three rounds. (I'd actually like everyone's thoughts on this)

I like this idea, but what about 2 year contracts for players drafted in rounds 10-15? This would increase the value of the picks, add attentiveness during those rounds and an interesting angle for next year.

Does anyone have an idea of how to handle the later rounds of the draft?

I'm interested in what others feel because I agree with Fafnir, in that, something should be done.

I'm relating to Eminem right now:

Quote
Is anybody out there?
It feels like I’m talkin to myself
No one seems to know my struggle
And everything I come from
Can anybody hear me?
It guess I keep talkin to myself
It feels like I’m going insane
Am I the one whose crazy?
