With the news that Ridnour is going to Minny, and Sessions is therefore expected to be traded to Charlotte:

I'd suggest the following:

http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=2g79nzn

Minny gets Dampier -- who they immiediately cut -- and 2 2nd round picks while getting rid of Sessions and Hollins (who has a player option next year) while giving up Brewer. Charlotte gets Sessions and Shed's retiring contract, while giving up a 2nd round pick. The Cs get Brewer and Hollins, while also giving up a 2nd round pick.

While Minny gives up a fair amount of talent, I can acutally see Kahn doing this deal. He continues to clear the decks and add picks, because he thinks he's Daryl Morey or Kevin Pritchard.

What about Diaw to Boston.
Sessions and Hollins to Charlotte.
Sheed and fillers to Minnesota.

This deal can work if you add guys like Lafayette and Gaffney to the right team.

Brewer and Hollins? Sounds good to me. Hollins can be JO's back up till Perks is out. And we can re-sign Nate to be back up for Rondo.

Jordan will agree to it, but then get cold feet.

I'd love that too but I think Charlotte wants more of an impact guy for Damps contract.  Or total cap relief.

Love Diaw; but not sure he fills our need of a wing.

based on the latest info (i.e. livingston to charlotte, indy interested in sessions), i suggest the following.

http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=2fj5x2n

again, both boston and indy give up 2nd round picks in the deal.

i'd keep both jones and brewer in the short term, but be open to flipping them for another piece during the year. Or, ship one of them to a team with shooting as part of the deal -- say, jones to the clippers for a s-n-t rasual butler.

I wonder if we could get Jonny Flynn and Hollins for Sheed and a future pick?

Kahn can't be that committed to Jonny if he just signed Ridnour up for 4 years.

Tommy Point for the fantastic trade idea!  These 3 would fit perfectly with Donkey & Shrek creating a balanced 2nd unit of defensive minded guys who can all shoot the outside J.

Can Brewer really help us much more than Marquis can?

Sessions and Brewer for Sheed and a #1 sounds pretty good to me. That gives us a lineup of:

O'Neal/FA Big Man
Garnett/Davis
Pierce/Brewer
Allen/Bradley
Rondo/Sessions

If that isn't enough for Minny then S&T Nate as well. DA needs to get players that compliment Rondo. Brewer is a good cutter, runs the floor well, and he can knock down open 3's.

Yes, he is bigger, more athletic and has room to improve.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Absolutely! Brewer is wanted back in Utah; but only if they loose Matthews.
