If we wanted to fill our quota for guys who look like Billy Crudup in Almost Famous then yes. But in all seriousness, an unathletic wing with neither an ounce of defense nor toughness in his bones has no place on the C's (let alone the ability to hit a jumper).
Over his severely underwhelming career Morrison has put up shoddy shooting percentages (37.3 fg%, 33.1 3pt%), no rebounding (2 rpg), and an assist/to ratio of 1:1.
All in all, if this guy was any good, he wouldn't have been dumped by the Bobcats, but he couldn't make it with a rebuilding franchise and has been an awesome towel waver and an expert at avoiding getting blisters from riding the pine. I loved watching him play in college with the Zags, but he was a product of playing in a weaker conference, where he was always taller than the guy he was playing against, thus equalizing his lack of quickness with his length and his slow release with his height. Those weakness cannot be hidden in the NBA.
So in short, no the C's should have absolutely no, zero, nada interest in this guy, but crazier things have happened I guess.
