Rip and Kwame for Sheed's contract, Quis , Lafayette and Gaffney? Maybe we have to include cash to make it work?

I know he is overpaid, but he contract matches up with KG and Ray...only 2 more years fully guaranteed.

Rip would be an awfully expensive backup, especially when he is signed for three years and doesn't do anything to help for the future.  

Would love Tayshaun, but this year is his last year, so Detroit isn't going to trade us his expiring deal just for Rasheed's contract.
