Haywood is more durable, and probably less washed up. And younger.

If Miami loses out on LeBron, Miami might have come in with a good-sized offer.  They have a HUGE hole at the 5, and if LeBron goes elsewhere they'd still have enough money to go after Haywood.

Not sure they would have offered him any MORE money that what Dallas gave him, though.
