MLE's an exception only for teams that are over the cap.  If you're under, you just get to use your own cap space and vet min contracts.

If all three guys will sign anyway, why include Beasley?  He's a competent player, and his salary could at least be used to trade for somebody.

When you only have seven guys (counting rookies and the three free agents), you pretty much have to keep all of them that you can, don't you?
