"Trying to confirm but source says Amare to NY is "almost" done and they are "working out numbers"...half of the pick and roll set?"

I am not sure how reliable this source is, but Tommydee writes for SNY and the Knicks.

Anyways could it be a possible s&t for David Lee ??

That would be a great deal for Phoenix considering the relative value of the contracts Lee + Amare are about to sign.

ESPN, SI, Yahoo all have nothing on this. Plus nothing from any reliable twitter account.

Not convinced this is real.

I was just thinking the same thing.  Until I see it specifically on ESPN...I'm not going to believe it.

So they're not going after Bosh. Does this mean they've conceded that they probably won't get either LBJ or Wade?

I know they can still add either player to Stoudemire, but it seems that the idea was to get Bosh + one of the other two.

I think this is fiction. They don't have Amare.

EDIT - it's fake. Adande shot it down on twitter. One of the twitter "sources" is a fake account for some journalist.

It would be funny to see the Knicks clear out all that cap space just to become a far inferior version of the Suns from past years.

Epic fail.

This seems like a risky move for Amare. I thought he would wait to see where Lebron went and then try to follow like a puppy. <3 coattails.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

If he gets his max contract, I don't see it as risky.

Bosh is the one everyone says is following Lebron.
