I'd like Chicago to get two of 'em.  That'd be a solid team, not a gimmick team.  Plus I sort of pity the knowledgeable fans over on Blog-a-Bull, who have suffered long enough. ;D

I do not want either the Nix or the Nyets to get the top FAs, because those are my League Pass blackout teams.

Actually, I don't care what happens, but enjoy the FA foolishness enormously.

Clippers.
Because (a) they have been so terrible for so long and (b) between the two choices of Sacramento and Clippers, I like the Clippers chances slightly more when it comes to giving the LA Lakers trouble.

In the East, the Knicks. They had some bad a$$ teams back in the late 80's through about 2000. I'd love to renew that division rivalry! Also, in the west, the new kids in OKC. Kobe killers!!

I'm rooting for Cleveland.  That city would self destruct if LeBron leaves.  The economy in Cleveland would take a huge hit.

I would love the Cavs to resign Lebron but I put the odds in that happening as good as Shaq resigning with the Magic way back when.

If not Cavs, then definitely the Clippers(come on Geffen..find a way to get that team!) or Mavericks. If it can take the spotlight away from the Lakers and make their road to finals tough, I am all for it. The Clippers would be so much fun!

I voted the Nets getting some big names from the FA frenzy. But I am rooting for the Kings to land a bigtime player given their current salary cap room and the attractiveness of their current young and talented roster. The Kings I guess want to relive the glory lost in the early 2000 and they have what it takes to make a major turnover.

I still won't root for them but I've taken an interest (not necessarily a rooting interest) in all the local teams out here and, lord knows, the Cubs & Bears aren't going anywhere soon.  Wouldn't mind seeing another successful team out here besides the 'Hawks.   This city is too good of a sports city.  Great fans.
