Would you ever trade for a Lakers player?

I hate the Lakers, and I'm sure everyone else here does, but you can't deny that they have some extraordinary players. Even though you or I obviously don't make the decisions anyway...Hypothetically, would you ever trade for anyone on their roster, or do you hate them too much to even consider it.

I honestly would only take Kobe, even though I despise the guy. I truly think we were and are better than them in all the other positions.

I'd trade with anyone that made our team better, however, given the rivalry, the Lakers aren't going to help us get better.

Absolutely.  I would take Kobe, Gasol or Bynum if they were offering...I would not take Lamar, or Sasha if my life depended on it (maybe that is a bit of hyperbole)...

Nice Thread - you know, I would take Lamar O'dom in a heartbeat, if we could get him for next to nothing.

Kobe and Phil have a bad way of blaming everything that goes bad with LA on Lamar only.

Everything with LA is Nice now, of course..but Phil and Kobe have been rather harsh on him.

Of course I would trade for a Lakers player if the deal was good.

Management isn't going to trade for a player like Kobe that the fanbase almost uniformly hates.

Of course, if it made the Celtics better.  I'd do any trade if I felt it made the Celtics a better team now and in the future.

I would trade Scal for Kobe, straight up, and Shelden Williams for Gasol. This is kind of silly thread really. Why would you not trade for any player if it made the team better.

I don't care what the circumstances of the Celtics were--doormat, lottery team, rebuilding, contender, or a stacked Team of the Ages--I would never, ever, ever want to see Kobe Bryant in green.

Funny thing with this is that Scal is a LOT better teammate than Kobe.

Gasol is better than Perkins, although one of them be PF and the other one Center.
